Beginner: 1/2 scoop: Shake: First time users should start with a 1/2 scoop to assess individual tolerance. Mix in 8-10 oz of water. Take 15-30 minutes before working out. Best in a shaker cup or water bottle. Once tolerance has been assessed, gradually increase to 1 scoop.
Advanced: 1 scoop

As a dietary supplement, healthy adults combine one scoop with 8-10 oz of water & mix thoroughly. Best in a shaker cup or water bottle. Consume 15-30 minutes before your workout. Use 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance. Not to exceed 1 scoop daily.
