Очистите назальные каналы (высморкнитесь) перед использованием спрея Nasal Guardian. Вставьте сопло в ноздрю, затем нажмите на спрей и одновременно вдохните, повторите данную процедуру два-три раза для каждой ноздри. Используйте спрей 2-4 раза в день при необходимости.
